Aqua Max Digital Pool Timer – 7 Day Programmable

The Aqua Max digital pool timer switches your pool pump or geyser on and off automatically, so it only runs when you need it. Because you can set a different schedule for each day of the week, it is easy to cut running hours and save electricity. Using a Digital Pool Timer for Your Pump and Geyser

For a pool pump, most pools need the water turned over at least once a day. In summer, that usually means 6–8 hours of filtration. In winter, however, you can often cut back to 4–6 hours. For a geyser, set the timer to heat water before your morning and evening peaks instead of all day. In other words, you keep hot water ready while the element works less.

Installation

A registered electrician should install and wire the timer. The relay is rated at 30A for resistive loads such as a geyser element, and 16A for inductive loads such as a pump motor.
