Aqua Max 40µF Pool Pump Capacitor — Suitable for 1.5kW Pumps
Replacement 40 microfarad (µF) start/run capacitor for single-phase pool pump motors. The 40µF rating is typically used on 1.5kW pool pumps. The capacitor provides the electrical boost the motor needs to start and maintain rotation. When a capacitor fails, the pump either won’t start, hums without spinning, or trips the breaker.
