Aqua Max Weir Deck Lid — Replacement

The Aqua Max weir deck lid is the flat cover that sits on top of the weir collar flush with your pool coping or paving. It covers the weir opening and protects the basket underneath from leaves, dirt, and debris falling in from the deck. More importantly, it keeps the weir safe for bare feet around the pool. A missing or broken deck lid is a trip hazard and an open invitation for garden debris to clog the basket and block flow to the pump.

When to Replace Your Weir Deck Lid

Weir deck lids crack and break over time from UV exposure, foot traffic, and general wear. A cracked lid lets dirt straight into the weir basket and reduces skimming efficiency. In addition, a broken lid with sharp edges is dangerous around a pool where people walk barefoot. If your lid is cracked, faded, warped, or missing entirely, replacing it is a quick and cheap fix. Simply lift the old lid off the collar and drop the new one in.
