This is the outer housing that holds the pleated cartridge filter element in place — it is not a pump. If your filter housing is cracked, leaking from the body, or the lid no longer tightens and seals properly, this replacement set restores your spa filtration system.

What This Includes

The set contains the filter body (canister), the lid, and the retaining nut. Together these form the complete outer housing for the cartridge filter. The cartridge filter element itself is not included — order separately (SKU: CF for single, CF :X2 for value 2-pack).

When to Replace

Replace the filter body assembly if the canister is cracked, the lid thread is stripped, or the housing leaks during pump operation. Spa filter housings are under pressure during operation, so cracks and worn threads will cause water loss and reduced filtration efficiency.
