Aqua Max Grey Pool Weir – Complete with Basket

The Aqua Max grey pool weir is a complete skimmer box for in-ground swimming pools, supplied with a grey deck collar and lid and a leaf basket. It sits in the pool wall at the waterline, where it draws surface water towards your pump. As a result, it skims off leaves, insects and floating debris before they sink to the pool floor.

How a Grey Pool Weir Works

First, your pump pulls water from the pool through the mouth of the weir. Next, floating debris collects in the basket inside the weir body, while the water carries on to the pump and filter. You then simply lift the lid and empty the basket. In addition, most suction pool cleaners connect through the weir, so it also acts as the vacuum point for your cleaner.
