Clinobrite Pool Filter Media — 25kg Zeolite

Clinobrite is a high-performance zeolite filter media mined in South Africa by Pratley. It’s a direct replacement for ordinary pool filter sand that removes 40–50% more physical dirt and filters much finer particles. Unlike smooth sand grains, Clinobrite’s rough surface texture traps fine dirt and algae particles onto the grain surface, not just between grains.

Key Advantages

Removes ammonia from pool water through ion exchange, reducing chlorine consumption and eliminating chloramines (the compounds that cause red eyes and that “chlorine smell”). Lighter than sand — lifts better during backwash for more thorough cleaning cycles and saves water. Lasts longer than sand between replacements.
